Hi!  I’m Pat Haney, Stephen Minister, Christian Life Coach and founder of Good Work Life Coaching.  I have been blessed to be married to my wonderful husband, Derrill for 29 years and have  one precious son, Adam, age 21 who is currently attending the University of  Tennessee.   We live in the community of Powell, Tennessee and are members of White Stone Church, where I have been a Ladies Small Group Leader for the past 7 years.  I began my personal relationship with Jesus Christ 42 years ago and have enjoyed many adventures in my walk along the way.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson Bible College in Leadership and Ministry Preparation with a concentration in psychology and counseling.  As a certified Stephen Minister, I  had the privilege of volunteering as a lay caregiver for residents of the Serenity Shelter at Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries for 3 years.  I obtained my training as a Christian Life Coach through the Institute of Life Coach Training and the Professional Christian Coach Institute, who are both accredited by the International Coach Federation and abide by their code of ethics.

My life passion is helping others find their God-given purpose and developing their full potential through nurturing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, by using my gifts of encouragement, teaching and discernment.   By utilizing my gifts in many capacities over the years, my background has culminated in a diverse offering of professional experience that lends itself perfectly to the art of Christian Life Coaching.  I have worked in corporate America in the administrative, personnel, marketing, and publishing fields and in my local community as both a Personal Accountability Class Instructor in the Knox County School System and an Instructor at the University of  Tennessee Non-Credit Programs.  As an entrepreneur, I have owned and operated three successful small businesses and am currently still partnering with my husband in managing our brake and alignment shop, Alignment Professionals.

The process of navigating my own life journey through careful prayer and waiting, has slowly and deliberately drawn me  to Christian Life Coaching as I asked  God to use me for His purpose and glory.  With many twists and turns along the seemingly endless narrow path, I am now assured I am traveling the road He has set out for me and am filled with anticipation of how He will continue to lead me and develop eternal relationships  as  I serve others.  It is my honor and joyful privilege to help others discover their own unique gifts and assist them in creatively addressing the everyday challenges of life in order to move forward and discover their  goals, values, vision and purpose and be free to live authentic lives with compelling passion and extreme satisfaction.
