One-On-One Coaching Sessions via Telephone
95% of coaching sessions are held via telephone for client convenience and easy accessibility leaving no territory restrictions. Includes private 30-45 minute one-on-one coaching session via telephone, generally held weekly/bi-weekly, 3 times per month. Includes e-mail or phone spot checks with 3 month commitment. Session consists of emphasis on prayer, vision casting, mission development, forwarding action, goal setting and accounting and are strictly driven by the client’s goals and agenda.
One-On-One Coaching Sessions via Person-to-Person
Some clients prefer face-to-face coaching instead of via telephone. Session includes private 45 minute to 1 hr one-on-one in person coaching session at a public location, generally held weekly/bi-weekly, 3 times per month. Includes e-mail or phone spot checks with 3 month commitment. Session consists of emphasis on prayer, awareness, forwarding action, goal setting and accounting and are strictly driven by the client’s goals and agenda.
Group Coaching Sessions
Sessions consist of 4-6 group member participation centered around a common area of interest (i.e, life balance/purpose, relationships, spiritual development, parenting, life transition, etc.) where members want to work together in a supportive environment to move forward in life. Groups meet either via telephone for 30-45 minutes or in one member’s home for 1 hour, monthly or bi-monthly, for a minimum of 3 months. Group rates vary based on size and format and are an exceptional value.
